24-25 APRIL, 2020

The Praxis Gathering is an opportunity to gather to dream, to connect, to pray and to be inspired. Together. Do you have a heart for Gods mission? Are you interested in following Jesus on his mission to rewrite the story of our culture? This is an invitation to join with others to the movement of Jesus and to learn from experienced practitioners about what mission could look like.

24th & 25th April 2020
The Exchange, 50 Gardiner Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01 VC03.
Starting at €30 for Early Bird pricing.

Event starts in:

This year our theme is reimagining mission together - we believe that now more than any other time it is significant that what we do - we do together. In John 17 Jesus prays that we would be one. What would it look like for ordinary people all across this nation to be one as we follow Jesus into His mission? What would it look like to collaborate and work alongside one another to serve our communities? We will explore what it might mean to collaborate and be one through talks, cultural analysis, prophetic voices and hands-on workshops.

Praxis Gathering 2020 will take place over two days.

Friday 24 April:

Friday is open to anyone but will primarily be aimed at those in some form of leadership or influencing role. Anyone who leads a church, a community, a network, a missional community or a ministry will benefit from this extra time. It will start with a time of input in the morning transitioning into immersion experiences where you will have the opportunity to walk around the city and visit some locations, hearing stories of ordinary people reimagining mission in lots of diverse contexts. There will be space for listening, seeing, discussing and learning and hearing the hope for the future that these ordinary missional people have. These immersion experiences will all be followed by a meal in the city together with time for debriefing and friendships. More info will follow on these immersion experiences.

Saturday 25 April:

Saturday will be the main gathering with talks, panels, discussion and workshops as well as worship, prayer and time to connect. All tickets include lunch and tea/coffee throughout the event.

What is Praxis?

Praxis is a network of individuals and churches with a heart for mission and a hope and commitment to see Gods kingdom come. Our desire is to reimagine mission for ordinary people. Our gathering once a year is a crucial time to be together and to be inspired by the God of mission. The Conference is one way we desire to reimagine mission as well as Prayer Gatherings, Learning Communities, the SEOL Course, a podcast and a press.
